Bearing industry problems hinder the development of the industry
In 2010, the sales revenue and profit growth of China's bearing industry exceeded 30%, and the profit growth rate was higher than that of sales revenue. With the rapid development of the bearing industry, it has also made outstanding contributions to the autonomy of major technical equipment in key areas of our country. But Wang Quanqing, secretary-general of China Bearing Industry Association, said frankly that the development speed of high-end bearings in China is still not keeping pace with the development speed of mainframe.
It is understood that there is still a big gap in the fields of high-speed iron bearings, wind power spindle bearings and speed-increasing bearings in China. Among them, bearings used by EMUs with speeds exceeding 160 kilometers per hour are currently imported entirely from international giants such as SKF in Sweden.
The author recently learned from the China Bearing Industry Association that China's bearing industry has achieved rapid development in 2010. By the end of 2010, the bearing industry has been operating well, the economic benefit has been greatly improved, the export has rebounded substantially, and the import is still in a strong trend.
It is worth mentioning that in 2010, China Bearing Industry Association organized joint research on high-iron bearings and large aircraft bearings, and has achieved preliminary results. The bearings industry is optimistic that, according to the current research and development speed, if all goes well, in the next two or three years, China's domestic high-speed rail bearings will be able to truly achieve matching.
